High Holiday Schedule

We are reminded by the sound of the shofar that we face a serious time of the year when we ask G‑d to provide for us, with parnossa, gezunt, and especially, nachas from our children.

We are privileged to have our senior gabai, Rabbi Chaim Fishman, and gabai Mark Levine to bestow honors in shul. Rabbi Michoel Phillips will be conducting the shul for the High Holidays with inspiring talks, classes, and timely farbrengens, and our own Reb Leib Lewis Lasky will lead us for Shachris on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Lou has the uniqueness to intertwine tunes of our own chazzanim from years’ past as well as his own very original tunes. A real spirit of Yomim Noroyim is felt the second he leads with “Hamelech”…

Picture1.pngIt gives us great pleasure to announce the return of our own home-grown chazzan, Rabbi Eli Smuel Abramowitz. Eli Shmuel has the outstanding ability of interweaving classical chassidic tunes into the holiday liturgy. We look forward to his cantorial renditions.

We wish you and your families a sweet, happy, and healthy new year, and look forward to seeing you all in shul.

Rabbi Mendel Fogelman
